On the ground level the house has a large living lounge with comfortable designer furniture – sliding windows towards extend the living area to the pool terrace in the east and a dining terrace on the west. Behind a door a professional kitchen provides space and all equipment for a private chef or catering.
The center piece of the house is a tower over three levels – the upper level, a fully equipped office is directly connected to the large 150sqm roof top terraces.
On the west and north side of the house there are nicely landscaped gardens. Beside a terrain des boules, table tennis and billiard facilities, the huge Northern garden provides a spacious wooden deck with professional BBQ facilities and a large table for up to 12 people.

The next beach is available in 7min driving distance; Santa Gertrudis with shops and great restaurants 15min, Ibiza Harbour 27min and the airport in 30min driving distance.
