or sunny beach days. The magnificent infinity-edge
pool, merging with the sea and beyond as well as
the comfortably-upholstered teak sun-loungers,
the shaded al fresco dining room with seating for
eight, can thus be enjoyed in an atmosphere of total
seclusion and tranquility.
Recently built to the highest standards, using the
finest materials, such as state-of-the-art flagstone and
polished cement flooring. As well as exposed natural
stone walls that contrast with the more traditional
white walls that are a typical style of the island. The
house has been decorated and fitted to create an
overall ambiance of tasteful refinement. The living
room with its separate dining area, panoramic views
and luxurious L-shaped white leather sofa can be
integrated into the terrace and pool area by opening
up the large sliding French windows.
The villa has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, all
decorated following the same style that breathes
tranquility and comfort.
The master bedroom includes a luxurious en-suite
bathroom with a unique triangular stone bathtub. The
other double bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms
with showers, and all the bedrooms enjoy spectacular
sea views and direct access to the pool area. A
separate housekeepers bedroom is also available.
Casa Azul has a superb location, being only 7 minutes
away from the beach of Cala Tarida, where one can
enjoy from the lively ambiance the island has to offer.
Adjacent, is the town of San Jose, only 15 minutes away
from the villa this town offers all the basic amenities
guests may need during their stay.
Accommodation and Facilities
Property: 310m2. Terrace: 150m2.
The entrance is via a courtyard with two Balinese style
wooden doors that lead to the living room, with sea
views, and furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, one
puff and LCD TV, DVD and music system. It connects
to dining room that sits up to 8 people. This area has
sliding doors that integrate and open the living/dining
room onto the porch and the swimming pool. The
kitchen, on the right of the entrance, is fully equipped
with modern appliances including fridge freezer, 4-ring
gas hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
There is a utility room with laundry facilities. The
master bedroom, with independent access from the
pool, has a double bed (1.50m x 1.90m) with TV and
en-suite bathroom with triangle shade bath and a
showerhead. On the left side on the house through a
corridor there are three double bedrooms (1.50m x
1.90m) with en-suite shower rooms and sliding doors
that open onto the pool area. All of them have sea
views. There is an additional half-bathroom for guests.
There is also a fifth bedroom for maid service, which
can be made available upon request, and a shower
room. Grounds: The porch is furnished with outdoor
wicker furniture: one sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table
and a sun bed.
There is another part shaded area by the pool with an
outside dining table for up to 8, lounge area and 6 teak
sun loungers.
The infinity swimming pool (4m x 7m) offers
panoramic views of “Cala Corral”.
For larger groups these two villas are available for
rentals Can Vida and Can Tarida. They can be found
within the same private compound very close to each
other.
