The house is entered off a quiet street through electric
gates. Walking into the house there is a large hallway
with a large open sitting room leading out onto a
terrace that runs the length of the property.
The kitchen can be accessed from the sitting room
and is fully equipped. The house is wired with a Sonos
music system. Going back out into the entrance hall
there is a guest cloakroom and a passage with three
bedrooms leading off it on the right hand side.
Two bedrooms have double beds (180 cm x 200cm)
and one has twin beds (90cm x 190cm). All three
bedrooms have doors onto the terrace. On the other
side of the hall there are three bathrooms.
Two have a shower and at the end of the hall is a larger
bathroom with significant cupboard space and a spa
bath. In the hallway there are also stairs leading up to
the master bedroom suite.
This bedroom has a king sized bed (200cm x 200cm),
a large ensuite bathroom with spa shower and large
dressing area and a large sitting room with doors out
onto a large terrace with outdoor furniture.
Outside in the swimming pool area there is a large pool
(20m2) and outdoor furniture.
