bedrooms, each one with their own bathroom and the
master bedroom with a bath and shower suite as well
as a projector.
Once again the large glass windows slide open
allowing in a cool sea breeze on warm summer nights.
The house benefits from a service suite and a large
garage with space for 3 cars. Es Raconer offers guests
a haven just outside Palma that is close to the beach
and offers a truly luxurious stay.
Accommodation and Facilities
House: 385m2. Entrance is through an electric gate up
to the front door. Cars can go down a ramp directly
into an underground car park. Walking into the house
there is a lift to your left and a guest cloakroom. You
then walk into a stunning open plan area with two
seating areas and a kitchen with seating for 10 people.
The enormous glass doors open up onto a large terrace
complete with outdoor furniture and a large swimming
pool (15m). Back in the house the kitchen is fully
equipped and boasts a teppanyaki. Upstairs there
are three bedrooms.
The first bedroom at the top of the stairs has a single
bed (90cm x 190cm) that can be converted into a
double bed. It has a dressing room and an en-suite
shower room. Bedroom number two also has a single
bed (90cm x 190cm) which can be converted into a
double bed. It is complete with en-suite shower room.
The third bedroom is the master bedroom. It has a
double bed (180cm x 190cm), an en-suite bathroom
with a Jacuzzi bath and shower. It also has a projector
so you can view films.
